Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support
Responsibilities
Receives and relays incoming calls from within the facility and patients into the call center system. Provides assistance with requests for departments such as home medical equipment and licenses for home health care services, appropriately entering information into the call center system.
Demonstrates ability to manage pressure to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and handle constantly changing situations. Interacts with a variety of people, manages stressful situations, and resolves conflict.
Performs all job duties or tasks as assigned. Follows and adheres to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Complies with all Benefis Health System organization policies and procedures.
Qualifications- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Exemption Wage Non-Exempt. Starting wage $17.51 hourly, with actual offered wage based on applicable experience.
