The Great Falls Symphony is seeking to fill five open permanent Section Violin positions. Auditions will take place on September 15, 2026, at the Mansfield Theater in Great Falls, Montana. This is a per-service position, and the musician rates for the  season are set at $62 per service, with additional compensation for mileage and per diem. Complimentary lodging will be provided if necessary.

The upcoming season will feature a variety of performances, including six subscription concerts, a movie in concert, a chamber choir concert, and an education matinee. Interested candidates are required to submit a one-page resume via email to auditions by the Final date to receive applications of September 8, 2026.Audition repertoire includes a solo piece of 2-3 minutes from a standard concerto, along with specific excerpts from works by Mozart, Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Brahms, and Strauss.
