Real Estate Manager – 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union – Great Falls, MT

We are looking for a Real Estate Manager for our Branch location in Great Falls, Montana. Come and join the strongest progressive Credit Union in the area.

• Assisting members with their account financial lending needs.
• Providing account information.
• Processing various financial transactions, mortgage loan applications, interviews, decision‑making, and disbursals.
• Assisting members with credit counseling and budgeting.
• Link filing and releases.
• Ordering appraisals and title documents.
• Cross‑selling debt protection and GAP insurance.
• Matching our members’ needs with the appropriate credit union products/services.

• Business degree or 2 years of financial lending experience.
• Knowledgeable in lending practices and regulations, specifically mortgage lending.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to effectively cross‑sell credit union services and products.
• Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Proven team player.
• Proficient knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
