1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for a Full-time Call Center Representative for one of our branches in Montana. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members and we know that all starts with our employee's. Responsibilities- Opening new accounts
- Providing account information
- Member account reconciliations
- Providing share and loan rates
- Processing various financial transactions
- Processing loan payments
- Deposit verifications
- Backup teller/loan duties
- Matching members' needs with appropriate credit union products/services
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager
