Program Director, Benefis Health System Foundation; Exempt

Overview

Benefis, one of Montana’s largest health systems, is seeking a Foundation Finance & Reporting Coordinator to support the foundation’s reporting and record‑keeping functions.

• Oversee Foundation reporting and record‑keeping, including financial management, gift annuities, and database systems.
• Collaborate with the Programs Manager on Foundation programs (scholarship, Angel Fund, etc.) and approve fund requests.
• Prepare materials and reports for board and committee meetings, including monthly financial statements.
• Communicate with Foundation Financial Advisors and coordinate their reporting for mid‑year and year‑end committee meetings.
• Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines under changing circumstances.
• Handle conflict, work with diverse stakeholders, and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (required).
• CPA, MBA, or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Exempt, starting salary $69,534.40 per year. Actual offer based on applicable experience.
