Overview
1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for a Full-time Call Center Representative for one of our branches in Montana. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members and we know that starts with our employees. We provide a challenging work environment with opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally.
Responsibilities- Opening new accounts
- Providing account information
- Member account reconciliations
- Providing share and loan rates
- Processing various financial transactions
- Processing loan payments
- Deposit verifications
- Backup teller/loan duties
- Matching our members' needs with the appropriate credit union products/services
- Performing any additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager
1st Liberty FCU offers full-service financial products and services through its Montana branch network to meet members’ needs.
