Financial Analyst; *In Person Position

Job Summary

Benefis is one of Montana’s largest and premier health systems. The Financial Analyst will perform high‑level research and analysis to support decision‑making for leadership, develop monthly revenue reserves and annual net revenue budget, and assist with cost, utilization, service line, payor mix, statistical, financial, feasibility, and productivity analysis.

• Perform high level research and analysis for decision‑making to aid leadership in achieving overall goals.
• Support development of monthly revenue reserves and the annual net revenue budget.
• Conduct cost, utilization, service line, payor mix, statistical, financial, feasibility, and productivity analysis.
• Meet deadlines with accuracy in constantly changing situations.
• Perform all assigned job duties and tasks.
• Follow all requirements, regulations, and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
• Adhere to Benefis Health system organization policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of business & financial analysis, planning & project management experience.
• Master’s Degree with emphasis in Business, Finance or Healthcare preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Exemption Wage | Non‑Exempt. Starting wage $30.68 hourly. Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience.
