POSITION SUMMARY:
The Title & Loan Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of vehicle titles, UCC filings, real estate reconveyances, and lien documentation for the credit unions consumer and real estate lending portfolio. This role supports lending operations by processing and maintaining title records, perfecting and releasing liens, and conducting post-closing quality control reviews to identify documentation deficiencies, compliance exceptions, and data integrity issues within loan files.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Working knowledge of vehicle titles, lien processing, and lending documentation.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to consumer and real estate lending.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency with core systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and implement appropriate solutions.
- Capacity to collaborate across departments while managing independent workflow.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in title processing, loan operations, quality control, or a related field.
SALARY
- $18.00 - $21.00 an Hour DOE.
