1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for a Member Services/Loan Processor located in Great Falls, MT, RH Scott Branch.
Responsibilities- Assist members with all their account financial needs in person and over the telephone.
- Opening new accounts.
- Providing account information.
- Member account reconciliations.
- Providing share and loan rates.
- Processing various financial transactions.
- Providing loan service to the member.
- Processing loan documents, loan disbursals and loan payments.
- Deposit verifications.
- Backup loan duties.
- Matching members’ needs with the appropriate credit union products/services.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
