We are seeking a professional responsible for all aspects of employee and departmental management, focusing on patient safety, customer service, infectious disease identification, surveillance, epidemiologic investigation, and transmission prevention. This role involves working twenty hours a week in Infection Prevention.

The responsibilities include planning, coordinating, organizing, monitoring, and implementing activities within the area of responsibility, along with employee performance management. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards is essential.

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, be accurate, and adapt to changing situations. Effective interpersonal skills are required to manage stressful situations and conflicts.

All duties and tasks assigned must be performed in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, or a healthcare-related field (preferred)
• Current state registered nurse license (required)
• One to three years of management or supervisory experience in healthcare
• BLS certification
• Infection prevention certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hiring)
