Works with RN, LPN to directly care for patients in the Hospital from admission to discharge. Under the direct supervision of the registered/licensed nurse, organizes and implements certain aspects of the care plan, such as checking vital signs, performing point‑of‑care blood glucose testing, answering lights, providing bath and hygiene care, meal assistance and assistance with ambulation and transfers. Receives directions from Nurses, Providers, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, DON.

• MT CNA Certification required.
• Basic Life Support required.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Medical terminology.
• Keyboarding skills.
• Basic office skills.
• Basic patient care.

• Criminal background check.
• Drug screening.
• Health and immunizations screening.
