Psychology - Clinical Psychologist - Montana

Benefis Health System is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated outpatient Clinical Psychologist to join our growing behavioral health team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for a diverse patient population while collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team. • Provide empirically supported psychotherapy to individuals, families, and/or groups, utilizing a strong foundation in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT).
• Perform psychological assessments for diagnostic clarification.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team of colleagues including 4 psychologists (1 clinical, 1 health, and 2 neuropsychologists) and a team of LCPC and LCSW counselors, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists, with opportunity to engage in weekly interdisciplinary case consultations.
• Supervise/mentor master’s level clinicians and teach medical students.
• Clinic is open and staffed Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with scheduling support from front desk staff.
• No evening, weekend or call obligations; work/life integration and a balance between clinical autonomy and professional connection.

• Doctoral PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, including an APA approved clinical psychology internship and a post‑doctoral fellowship (formal or informal).
• Licensed or license‑eligible as a Psychologist in the state of Montana.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
