Position: Patient Access Specialist
Location: Alluvion Health – Great Falls, MT
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 40 hours per week | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Status: Full-time | Non-Exempt

Alluvion Health is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to support our Great Falls clinic locations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, loves helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism, compassion, and care.
• Schedule and confirm health appointments.
• Answer phones and respond to patient messages in a timely manner.
• Collect and verify patient information, demographics, and insurance coverage.
• Determine eligibility for financial assistance programs (Sliding Fee Discount Program).
• Collect co-pays, fees, and payments at time of service.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to healthcare providers.
• Assist Alluvion Health clinics as needed to support patient care.

• Required: High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET.
• Required
  :
  Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Required: Experience in customer service settings.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare settings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with technology; proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems a plus.
• Dependable, adaptable, and organized in a fast-paced environment.
