The role is a 13-week contract Physical Therapist position located within travel distance of Great Falls, MT. The successful candidate will provide therapeutic care in a hospital or skilled nursing facility, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the EMR system
Educate patients and family members on post-discharge care and injury prevention
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
Current MT PT license
BLS certification; CPR certification if separate
Minimum 2 years of hospital or skilled nursing facility experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to schedule changes
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

You hold a current MT PT license and DPT degree. You have at least two years hospital or skilled nursing experience. You excel in collaborative care, EMR documentation, and patient education
