Worldwide Tech Services seeks a Dynamic PC Support technician in Great Falls, MT. You will repair and troubleshoot desktops and laptops, interact directly with clients to resolve issues, and perform related service tasks across various client environments.
The role requires the ability to travel to client locations, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain a basic repair toolkit. Prior customer service experience is a plus and OEM certifications must be kept current.
