Accessible Space is a national nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing and is seeking a part‑time, experienced Property Caretaker to perform maintenance and general upkeep for our apartment building in Great Falls, MT.

$19‑$20 per hour – Property Caretaker unit on site – Rent Free

• 3 weeks paid time off in the first year

• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
• Implement required unit and building inspections
• Perform routine errands
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
• Answer after‑hours emergency calls promptly (within 15 minutes) and take appropriate action when necessary

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective communication orally and in writing
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
• Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
