With established operations in Great Falls and recent expansion into Helena and the Flathead Valley, we are seeking a high-level General Manager who can lead daily operations, strengthen our teams, and drive long-term growth.

We provide year-round landscape services, including:

• Commercial landscape maintenance
• HOA and multi-family property care
• Irrigation services
• Enhancements and seasonal improvements
• Snow and ice management

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day operations and work closely with ownership to execute the long-term vision of the company.

• Lead and optimize operations across all service divisions
• Hire, train, and retain high-performing teams
• Ensure quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop and implement systems and processes for scalable growth
• Oversee budgets, job costing, and operational KPIs
• Drive expansion into new markets and support strategic initiatives

• 5+ years of successful management experience

• Strong background in
  landscape maintenance

  snow/ice management
• Proven success leading teams and managing operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with landscape industry software
• Valid driver’s license
