Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heavy Structural Steel Production Manager at our Great Falls, MT location. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the steel fabrication process, coordinate production schedules, and interface with various departments to ensure efficient workflow. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and monitoring resource allocation.

The role requires strong leadership and communication to manage high-standard project delivery within set timelines.

Qualifications
  • Experience in production management, operations planning, and team supervision in a heavy structural steel or related manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in process optimization, quality assurance, and resource allocation
  • Strong knowledge of safety and compliance standards in industrial or structural steel manufacturing
  • Ability to lead teams effectively and communicate goals and expectations clearly
  • Experience with project management and scheduling tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with modern fabrication technologies and automated production lines is an asset
  • Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
