• Become an integral part of a team dedicated to restoring health, enhancing lives, and providing top‑notch care to hemodynamically stable and predictably unstable patients.
• Work with a diverse patient population, including:
• Pediatrics
• Pre and post PCI care
• Pacemaker management
• Revascularization
• Carotid endarterectomy
• Thoracotomy
• Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
• Diabetic Keto acidosis (DKA)
• Renal Failure
• Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
• Pulmonary Embolism (PE)
• Sepsis and a broad scope of surgical services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team while leveraging your skills in:
• Operating advanced medical equipment, including:
• Central lines
• Chest tubes
• Nasogastric tubes
• A‑lines
• IV pumps
• Short‑term Ventilation Support.
• Be a clinical leader, guiding colleagues with your expertise while providing direct patient care from admission to discharge.
• Demonstrate your proficiency in assessing and managing acute conditions, ensuring patients receive personalized physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural support.

• Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree from an Accredited Nursing Program
• Knowledge:
  • Advanced Nursing Principles and Procedures
  • Critical care, CVICU, and open heart experience preferred
• Skills:
  • Use of basic office equipment
  • Multiple IV pumps and advanced medical equipment
  • Basic cardiac telemetry and EKG interpretation
• Additional Qualifications:
  • Recent Critical Care experience
• Licensure/Certification s
  
  Required:
  • Current RN Licensure in Montana
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
