Hospital and ambulatory care setting with 5:1 patient-to-staff ratios

Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse license in Montana or ability to obtain
Experience with full-spectrum nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation
Ability to provide care for both pediatric and adult patient populations
Experience in medical-surgical or perioperative nursing preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills for team collaboration
BLS certification required; additional certifications as appropriate to specialty
