Starting Base Wage: $35.19 per hour. Sign‑on bonus options for external hires and new graduate nurses. 24/7 unit hourly allowance and shift differentials.

• Provide oversight within nursing scope of care and directly assigned patients.
• Assign a variety of patients within a given location and supervise non‑licensed personnel who may be delegated patient care tasks.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage pressure, meet deadlines, and handle constantly changing situations.
• Deal with a variety of people, stressful situations, and conflict effectively.
• Perform all job duties or tasks as assigned.
• Follow and adhere to all licensing board regulations, requirements, procedures, and Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.

• Current state Registered Nurse licensure within the state of practice.
• BLS certification.
• Exempt/Non‑Exempt wage status.
• Wage based on applicable experience (starting at $35.19 per hour).
• Strong ability to supervise staff and deliver high‑quality patient care.
