• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting.
• Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with minimal supervision.
• Determine priorities of care based on physical, psychosocial needs, and factors influencing patient flow.
• Communicate with office/clinic physicians regarding changes in patient status, symptomatology, and diagnostic results.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response.
• Handle pressure, meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and adapt to constantly changing situations.
• Interact with a variety of people, manage stressful situations, and resolve conflicts.
• Perform all assigned job duties or tasks.
• Adhere to all licensing board or agency regulations and procedures.
• Comply with Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.

• Current state registered nurse license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
