Outpatient Registered Nurse, Pulmonology Clinic;

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting.
• Provides care that reflects initiative, flexibility and responsibility indicative of professional expectation with a minimum of supervision.
• Determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs, as well as factors influencing patient flow through the system.
• Communicates with office/clinic physicians about changes in patient’s status, symptomatology and results of diagnostic studies.
• Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
• Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.
• Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
• Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
• Must comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.

• Current state registered nurse license required.
• Current BLS Certification.
• ACLS preferred.

Exemption Wage Non-Exempt Starting Wage. Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience.
