This position is open to external candidates only.

$25,000 retention bonus available for qualifying candidates.

• Assess and prepare patients for surgery.
• Monitor and care for patients during the recovery phase.
• Assist with inpatient transfer or discharge from facility.
• Recover and monitor higher acuity patients, including those with chest tubes, central lines, arterial lines, multiple IVs, and ventilator support.
• Directly care for medical and surgical observation patients admitted to observation beds from the emergency department, direct admission, and/or post‑surgical status.
• Receive direction from providers, anesthesia providers, nurse manager, charge nurse.
• Give direction to LPN and CNA.

Graduate of an RN Nursing Program.

Minimum 2–4 years of recent hospital experience in Med/Surgical or Critical Care Nursing. Critical Care experience preferred.

• Current MT RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• Advanced Pediatric Life Support.

• Basic nursing principles and procedures.
• Basic office skills.

• Criminal background check.
• Drug screening.
• Health and immunization screening.
