Up to $25,000 Retention Bonus$25,000 retention bonus available for qualifying candidates.
Responsibilities- Assess and prepare patients for surgery.
- Monitor and care for patients during the recovery phase.
- Assist with inpatient transfer or discharge from facility.
- Recover and monitor higher acuity patients, including those with chest tubes, central lines, arterial lines, multiple IVs, and ventilator support.
- Directly care for medical and surgical observation patients admitted to observation beds from the emergency department, direct admission, and/or post‑surgical status.
- Receive direction from providers, anesthesia providers, nurse manager, charge nurse.
- Give direction to LPN and CNA.
Graduate of an RN Nursing Program.
ExperienceMinimum 2–4 years of recent hospital experience in Med/Surgical or Critical Care Nursing. Critical Care experience preferred.
Licenses & Certifications- Current MT RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
- Advanced Pediatric Life Support.
- Basic nursing principles and procedures.
- Basic office skills.
- Criminal background check.
- Drug screening.
- Health and immunization screening.
