Outpatient Urgent Care RN​/LPN​/CMA, Northwest Clinic;

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Urgent Care setting.
• Provides care that meets psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care; meets communication needs of patient and family; reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations under the supervision of a registered nurse and/or physician.
• Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures, and standards.
• Communicates with physicians and team members about patient’s clinical condition, including diagnostic study results and symptomatology.
• Demonstrates ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, be accurate, and manage constantly changing situations.
• Demonstrates ability to interact with a variety of people, handle stressful situations, and resolve conflict.
• Performs all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
• Follows and adheres to all requirements, regulations, and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
• Complies with all Benefis Health System organization policies and procedures.

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the State of Montana.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS preferred.
