Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Cardiovascular (CVT) team in Great Falls within a collaborative, physician‑led cardiovascular program offering strong specialty support and exceptional work‑life balance.
Position Highlights- Full‑time Cardiovascular NP/PA opportunity
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- Collaborative, physician‑led cardiovascular team
- Optional 4‑day workweek
- Predictable scheduling designed for work‑life balance
- APPs practice at the top of their license with strong physician support
- Shared campus with hospital, surgical suites, and outpatient services
- Integrated EMR systems supporting streamlined care coordination
- Comprehensive regional referral network

- Minimum of 3 years of critical care, cardiac, or related clinical experience required
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible
- Eligible for Montana licensure
- Vein harvesting certification and/or first assist experience preferred
