- Sign‑On Bonus Options up to $20k
- $5/hr 24/7 allowance in addition to base hourly wage
- Exemption Wage:
Non‑Exempt Starting Wage $25.78/hourly (Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience)
- Assigned direct patient care for a variety of patients within a defined unit/area
- Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and handle constantly changing situations
- Demonstrate the ability to interact with a variety of people, manage stressful situations, and handle conflict
- Perform all job duties or tasks as assigned
- Follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency
- Comply with Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current state Licensed Practical Nurse licensure within the state of practice
- BLS certification
