Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg - Multiple Shifts

Compensation

  • $20,000 Retention Bonus
Position Overview

Under direction from Providers, Acute Care Director, and Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Nurses collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Nurses interact with patients and significant others while maintaining the professional nursing standard. Hospital Nurses provide care for pediatric and adult patients before and after surgical procedures, and with a broad range of medical conditions.

Nurses give direction to LPN, CNA, Housekeeping Staff, and Dietary Staff, and receive direction from Providers, Acute Care Director, Charge Nurse, and CNO.

Education
  • RN nursing graduate, required
Experience
  • No minimum requirement
  • Med/ Surgical Nursing experience preferred
  • Pediatric Nursing experience preferred
License/Certifications
  • Montana RN Licensure, required
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certification to be completed within 6 months of hire
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Basic Nursing Principles and Procedures
  • Basic office skills, IV skills
