Registered Nurse, Clinic Float Pool; Registry​/Part Time

The only thing missing is you! This role provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting, reflecting initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with minimal supervision.

• Provides patient care that reflects initiative, flexibility, and responsibility indicative of professional expectation.
• Determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs and factors influencing patient flow through the system.
• Communicates with office/clinic physicians about changes in patient status, symptomatology, and results of diagnostic studies.
• Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage pressure to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and handle constantly changing situations.
• Deals with a variety of people, stressful situations, and conflict.
• Performs all job duties or tasks as assigned and follows all requirements, regulations, and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
• Complies with all Benefis Health System organization policies and procedures.

• Current state registered nurse license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Starting Wage: $32.74 per hour. Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience. The position is non‑exempt.
