An individual who has successfully completed an approved C.N.A. course and examination will be employed to provide patient care as assigned by the Registered Nurse who supervises this “unlicensed” member of the healthcare team. Responsibilities include meeting deadlines, maintaining accuracy, adapting to constantly changing situations, working with a variety of people, handling stressful situations, and resolving conflicts. The employee will perform all job duties as assigned, following all requirements, regulations, and procedures of any licensing board or agency, and complying with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.
Qualifications& Experience
- Current CNA certification in the state of Montana
- BLS certificate
Wage:
Exemption/Non‑Exempt starting wage $18.64/hourly. Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience.
