Travel RN Manager for a 13-week assignment in a Critical Access Hospital near Great Falls, MT. Lead nursing staff and deliver high-quality care across ER, Med/Surg, and LTC units. Earn competitive pay and benefits while working flexible schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality emergency, medical-surgical, and long-term care to patients in a Critical Access Hospital setting
  • Supervise and lead nursing staff, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate patient care across ER, Med/Surg, and LTC units, floating as needed to meet departmental demands
  • Manage schedules and staffing assignments to ensure 24/7 coverage, including nights and weekends
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and shift reports for seamless handoffs and audits
Qualifications:
  • Valid RN license in Montana
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred; NRP optional
  • Minimum 3 years experience in ER, Med/Surg, and LTC settings
  • Critical Access Hospital experience
  • Managerial or supervisory background
  • Ability to work over 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Strong leadership skills

You hold a Montana RN license with ACLS certification. You have at least three years ER, Med/Surg, LTC experience. You excel at leading nursing staff and managing schedules
