Provide expert emergency care and lead nursing staff during a 13-week assignment in an ER setting. The role supports patient safety and quality care while managing a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring adherence to medical policies and protocols.

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff and support personnel, maintaining high standards for patient safety and care quality.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans and discharge strategies.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with facility standards.

  • Execute emergency protocols and respond swiftly to critical situations to stabilize patients and coordinate multidisciplinary response efforts.

Qualifications:
  • RN licensure in Montana or ability to obtain licensure.

  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.

  • Minimum 2 years ER experience, supervisory experience, Med/Surg and LTC experience.

  • Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a professional demeanor.

  • Adaptable to facility protocols and able to follow procedures without questions.

You hold RN licensure in Montana with ER experience. You possess BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. You excel at leading teams in fast-paced emergency settings
