Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurse to join our team. As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide personalized skilled nursing care to members in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.

Duties & Skills
  • Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care based on client needs.
  • Monitor, identify, and document changes in clients’ physical, emotional, and overall health.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
  • Educate clients and caregivers on health conditions, medications, treatments, and disease management.
  • Identify health and safety concerns within the home environment and respond appropriately.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, caregivers, and other members of the care team to support coordinated care.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Work independently in a home care setting while following professional nursing standards, organizational policies, and standards of care.
Requirements
  • Valid nursing license in MT
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Current driver's license and auto insurance
  • Current BLS certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
