Contract Infection Prevention Supervisor (RN) for a 13-week hospital assignment, overseeing infection prevention programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead infection prevention programs and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement control procedures

  • Maintain documentation and reporting of infection metrics, incidents, and audits

  • Execute routine inspections and assessments of infection control practices

  • Support floor staff as needed while adhering to facility policies

Qualifications:
  • Valid RN license from an accredited nursing program

  • Infection prevention certification preferred; CPR; BLS

  • Minimum 3 years infection prevention experience

  • Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred

  • Hospital setting experience required

  • Ability to assist on the floor

  • Independent work ethic, strong team player, professional demeanor, adherence to protocols, flexibility in start time, comfortable in LTC and acute care

You hold an active RN license and infection certification. You have at least three years infection prevention experience. You can lead audits, train staff, and ensure compliance
