Eager to learn a valuable trade skill? With no experience required, jump into the thriving field of Aviation. In this role, you will be conducting research, verifying paperwork, and collaborating with front‑line staff to meet FAA requirements.

Your regular schedule will be 7:30-4:00, with the possibility of required overtime to ensure we as a team aid in meeting the required aircraft delivery dates.

The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible to the Quality Assurance Manager.

• Review work cards to ensure each project reflects accurate and complete information.
• Complete internal and external audits as required to maintain the Avmax Quality Assurance program.
• Update and maintain an approved vendors list and vendor files.
• Maintain internal records for aircraft under Avmax control.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work alone and in a team environment.
• Work well with little supervision and pay close attention to details.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others.
• 0-2 years administrative experience.

• 2 years’ experience in a related field preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
• Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
