Quality Assurance Team Member, Great Falls, Montana

About the Role:

Eager to learn a valuable trade skill? With no experience required, jump into the thriving field of Aviation. In this roll, you will be conducting research, verifying paperwork, and collaborating with front-line staff to meet FAA requirements.

Your regular schedule will be 7:30-4:00, with the possibility of required overtime to ensure, we as a team, aide in meeting the required aircraft delivery dates.

The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible to the Quality Assurance Manager.

• Review work cards to ensure each project reflects accurate and complete information.
• Complete internal and external audits as required to maintain the Avmax Quality Assurance program.
• Update and maintain an approved vendors list and vendor files.
• Maintain internal records for aircraft under Avmax control.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work alone and in a team environment.
• Work well with little supervision and pay close attention to details.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others.
• 0-2 years administrative experience.

• 2 years' experience in a related field preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
