Lead weekly shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.;
Manage assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.;
Ensure Guest Service staff deliver great customer experiences and that promotions are executed; organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru.;
Oversee Kitchen operations to deliver quality food quickly, ensure food safety, and control costs; train production staff.;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule staff to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; keep crew motivated.
