Line Cook
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a professional kitchen
- Valid driver’s license
- Montana required certification (specify if applicable, e.g., food handler’s permit)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
