Entry level, part‑time position at 401 Northwest Bypass, Great Falls, MT. Responsible for stocking and maintaining freezer, cooler, and deli areas while providing front‑line customer service.

$17.00/hr – $24.00/hr

The freezer, cooler, and deli stocker ensures safe, clean, and organized storage for fresh products, maintains proper temperature control, and delivers excellent member service in the deli department.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, and correctly handling hazardous materials.
• Operate and maintain equipment, monitor freezer and cooler fans, drains, and doors for proper operation.
• Stock, display, and organize merchandise, including setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing, and pricing merchandise.
• Check and dispose of expired or lower‑quality products while ensuring high‑quality items are available for members.
• Provide member service by acknowledging the member, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Follow food‑handling policies and cold‑chain procedures, keep the area sanitized, and report any issues to management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a passion for stocking and customer service.
• Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to tackle obstacles.

• Experience in stocking, customer service, or a freezer/cooler environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and temperature control.
• Previous experience in a retail or grocery setting.

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, plus additional premiums up to $3.00 per hour in certain circumstances. Coaching and assessment requirements apply if you are hired.
