Overview
Lot Associate duties include assisting customers with the loading of their vehicles and monitoring and maintaining the entrance of the store. Lot Associates are responsible for keeping a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance. This position interacts with Home Depot associates and customers. As the Lot Associate is often the first and last associate to interact with customers as they enter or leave the store, customer service plays a vital role.
Direct customer interaction is frequently required, and excellent customer service skills are required.
- Assist customers with loading of their vehicles and monitor/maintain the store entrance.
- Maintain a sufficient quantity of shopping carts near the entrance.
- Interact with Home Depot associates and customers to provide friendly, efficient service.
- Offer excellent customer service as the Lot Associate is often the first and last associate customers interact with.
