Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments. This DoD Skill Bridge internship is open to all active‑duty service members within the last 180 days of their service contract, with commanding officer approval.

• Assists with various projects in support of the department.
• Gather and organize data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals.

Will be dependent on the internship positions selected for.

• Must be active‑duty military in good standing with the DoD within the last 180 days of service contract.
• Must receive commanding officer approval to participate.

• Strong oral, written, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with diverse groups of people.
• Comfortable interacting with others.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• Work may be in an office or on the job site, generally sedentary, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
• May be required to occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 80 pounds.
• This is an unpaid, non‑benefit eligible internship position in partnership with the DoD Skill Bridge program.
