Starting wage is $19 per hour and goes up to $22 per hour depending on experience/knowledge.

Js Meat Department. Personality is the most important thing to us.

• Acute attention to cleaning/cleanliness
• Working with customers to take orders and educate them on the department’s various products/proper preparation
• Meat cutting
• Cutting, wrapping and labeling of meat products
• Receiving/Placing orders
• Stocking displays and maintaining inventory
• Sausage mixing, stuffing, and smoking
• Following recipes and Food Safety/HACCP Standards
• Answering phone/taking messages
• Knowledge of the various cuts of meats and how to prepare them
