2J's Fresh Market is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Cashier to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, have a positive attitude, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you! Our cashiers are often the first and last interaction customers have during their visit, so we're looking for someone who is welcoming, accurate, and enjoys creating a great shopping experience.

• Greet each customer with a smile and actively assist while they are shopping.
• Operate the cash register to accurately ring up purchases and complete transactions.
• Accept payments by cash, credit card, and other approved payment methods.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges according to store policies.
• Help promote featured products, sales, and store events.
• Maintain awareness of product locations and inventory to assist customers with questions.
• Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide outstanding customer service.

• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of customer service and sales techniques.
• Ability to quickly learn and operate the point-of-sale system.
