• Manage an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain all state licenses and manage relationships with prior carriers as necessary
• Collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with a strong ability to negotiate and overcome objections
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to maintain focus in a customer-facing role and work in a distraction-free environment
• Strong internet connectivity with specified minimum broadband speeds
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
• Experience in a metric-driven sales organization
