Business Development Professional

Title Financial Corporation, a leader in escrow and title insurance, seeks a driven Business Development Professional to grow our client base across real estate and mortgage markets. You will identify and pursue new business, build strong relationships with lenders, realtors, and attorneys, and promote our settlement and title services. Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the title and escrow market
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate, mortgage, and lending professionals
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with escrow and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
• Track sales pipeline and prepare regular activity and performance reports
• Represent Title Financial Corp at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
• Gather market and competitor insights to refine sales strategies and offerings
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets
• Provide exceptional follow-up and account management to maximize client retention
