Flooring Sales Representative

Pierce Flooring Wholesale Direct, a locally owned company with a century-long legacy in Montana, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its expanding team. This full-time role offers a blend of inside and outside sales, working with walk-in customers as well as building relationships with contractors, realtors, property managers, and local businesses. • Greet and assist customers throughout the buying process, ensuring a positive experience
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and community involvement
• Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements for customer projects
• Follow up with customers to address questions and provide ongoing support
• Attend regular sales meetings and collaborate with team members
• Manage and track product sample check-out procedures
• Perform additional related duties as assigned

• Proven experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to accurately use and read a tape measure for job site measurements
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work under pressure and proactively solve problems
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals
• Availability to work some Saturdays

Guaranteed base salary of $48,000 per year plus commission opportunities.
