Job Overview

CL A Drivers Earn 90K to 112K & Run 21 & Off 9 All Freight No Touch (Full Time)

Class A drivers run a 100% no-touch account that pays $90k–$112k per week.

Trips are run across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Northeast. 65% of the freight runs at night, so nighttime driving is required.

Drivers operate 21 days on and then get 9 days off, with home time of 7 days at the house and 2 days traveling.

All trucks are Freightliners, KW or International models, average 18 months old, and include a fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat-screen TV, and XM radio. Trucks are not slip‑seated and preventive maintenance is done while drivers are home.

Full benefits start after 60 days and include bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(k), and more.

Drivers are paid $.65–$.70 CPM, based on experience and hazmat qualifications.

• Minimum of 8 months OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years, with at least 2 of those months running in winter conditions (December, January, or February).
• For drivers who have driven local in Upper Midwest or Northeast major cities during winter months and have 1 year of Class A experience, this also qualifies.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, with no more than 2 in the last 12 months and none serious.
• No DOT preventable accidents or parking lot incidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months, no terminations from any driving job for any reason in the last 12 months, and no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years.

Trucks are parked in either Charlotte, NC;
Columbus, OH; or Mansfield, PA. The company flies you home and back to the terminal.

Class A drivers run 21 days on and are off 9 days, with no deliveries in New York State.

HAZMAT qualifications are preferred for higher CPM rates.
