Seasonal Driver - Falls

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is the largest and fastest growing privately owned automotive rental and leasing company in North America, and we are hiring for a non‑CDL local driving position that offers the chance to drive multiple new‑model cars.

Position location:

2800 Terminal Drive, Great Falls, MT 59404.

Pay: $11 per hour.

• Monday – Wednesday 7 am – 4 pm
• Wednesday – Friday 7 am – 4 pm

Seasonal employees may work up to 150 days per season.

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road.
• Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destinations in a safe and courteous manner.
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles.
• Notify Manager of any customer or vehicle problems, including daily maintenance tasks such as ensuring proper oil, tire and fluid levels.
• Maintain proper fuel tank level and fill with gasoline if needed.
• Complete paperwork associated with pick‑up and delivery of vehicles.
• Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
• Potentially clean vehicle and/or keep bus clean during shift.
• Assist customers with directions, car options, luggage loading and unloading, and basic policy/procedures.
• Practice safe driving with attention to detail and thoroughness to prevent injury to others and damage to all vehicles in operation.
• Drive a variety of vehicles in all weather and road conditions.

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by this company.
• Seasonal employees may work up to 150 days during a defined season (full‑time or part‑time hours).
