Office Systems Coordinator

A well-established, high-volume grocery retailer is looking to modernize its back-office operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys diving into how a business runs, spotting inefficiencies, and rolling out better systems for data entry, reporting, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Spend time learning how each department currently operates
• Identify opportunities to modernize outdated data entry and reporting processes
• Recommend and help implement more efficient tools and workflows

Vendor & Technology Liaison

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the company's point-of-sale/technology provider
• Track and follow through on pending system upgrades and available features
• Ensure system capabilities are being fully utilized

Reporting & Cost Analysis

• Support leadership with accurate, up-to-date sales and inventory reporting
• Help build more precise cost-tracking for products

Qualifications

• Strong computer and software skills; genuinely enjoys working with systems and technology
• Self-starter who takes initiative without needing to be told what to do
• Prior grocery or retail experience a plus
• Comfortable learning and collaborating with outside vendors
