Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants
Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service
Assist with medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Requirements:
Current RN license to practice in New York
Prior experience in a long-term care or sub-acute setting preferred
Ability to work flexible weekend shifts
